OUR COLLABORATION WITH STUDIO 928

Art-Inspired Team Building Experiences

In collaboration with Studio 928, MH3 is proud to offer innovative art-based mental wellness programs designed to foster emotional well-being, reduce stress, and improve team cohesion in the workplace. Explore how our creative approach empowers employees to thrive.

WHY ART MATTERS IN MENTAL WELLNESS

In today's fast-paced world, businesses need more than just productivity—they need innovation, creativity, and resilience. Studio 928’s "Elephants Can Be Blue" program, designed in collaboration with MH3, taps into the healing and creative power of art. This unique, art-focused approach goes beyond traditional team-building activities to inspire personal growth, emotional expression, and professional development.

Whether revitalizing an existing business culture or empowering employees to find balance, our art-based programs cultivate emotional intelligence and mental resilience—two skills vital for navigating today's workplace challenges. Through painting activities that teach leadership, adaptability, and collaboration, employees engage in a hands-on experience that translates into stronger workplace relationships and higher morale.

Studio 928 offers programs that are designed to teach important soft skills such as

leadership, collaboration, adaptability, compassion, and creativity through acrylic painting activities. While the programs are based on painting, the focus is not on technical skills but on building effective teamwork and collaboration in the workplace.

They understand the importance of inclusivity and accessibility in a team-building program, and their activities are tailored to be inclusive and accessible to all team members, regardless of their artistic or physical abilities.

Their program is a creative, engaging and fun way to teach important soft skills, and they aim to foster a positive and collaborative work environment through their activities.
