It's as simple as this.  Poor mental wellness can be a risk factor for physical conditions, sometimes chronic.  People with mild to serious mental health and wellness conditions can be at high risk for experiencing physical issues.  Those with physical issues or chronic conditions can be at risk of developing poor mental health and wellness.  It's all related.

Our physical health and  mental wellness videos are meant to not only help inform you, but to help build the connecting bridge between the two: physical health and mental wellness are related and you should give attention to maintaining both in a healthy way that works for you.
